 NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association will be held on:

Time:                    6:00 pm

 The agenda for the AGM is as follows:

1. Apologies
2. Confirmation of the Minutes of the AGM held on 24^th March 2021
3. Adoption of the President’s Report
4. Adoption of the Financial Statements for the year ended 30th June 2021
5. Appointment of Auditor
6. Election of Executive and Non-executive Committee Members for 2022/2023
7. Any other business

Nominations for both executive and committee members for the Association are called for.  The committee shall be comprised of a President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer (Executive Committee Members) and not more than sixteen (16) Committee members (including Vice Presidents), all of whom should be members of the Association.  Should there be more than one nomination for an Executive Committee Member position or a Non-executive Committee Member position, election ballot will be conducted at the meeting.

Members who are prepared to commit their time and resources to serving on the Committee are invited to submit their nominations.  The completed nomination form signed by a proposer, a seconder, and the nominee, should reach the Association by close of business 27^th March 2022 being the last business day FOUR DAYS before the AGM.

All members are invited to attend the AGM and should register prior to.

A shared meal at Citizen will be arranged after the AGM.  Members are warmly invited to join.

Participants of the meal are requested to contribute $20 each to the cost of the meal.   Tea and some wine will be provided with the meal, however if additional beverages are ordered, members will each be responsible for covering the cost of these.

Payment can be made by Eftpos on the night. Please indicate on form whether you wish to stay for dinner.
